The Credit Card used to confirm the reservation should be produced during check-in for authentication.
Any special offer is only applicable to a new reservation, and cannot be combined with an existing reservation, confirmed on other rates/offers/packages.
Reservations will be confirmed on a first come first served basis.
CHILD POLICY
Infant – 0-4 Years | Child – 4-6 years | Minor 7-11 years – Classification of an Adult: Any individual over 12 years of age is considered an adult.
MODIFICATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Any and all modifications/amendment requests should be advised in writing and is based on the ability of the hotel to accommodate such request(s).
No checkouts allowed on the 31st of December.
DEPOSIT POLICY
The hotel requires a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total reservation value. The deposit for all reservations for stays between December 21st and January 10th will be deemed non-refundable. The balance for Festive Season reservations will be taken 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival will be refunded in full minus bank charges, exchange gain/or loss and handling fees, excluding reservations over the Festive Season. Reservations cancelled 29 days or less will be charged in full.
Festive Season reservations that are cancelled 60 days or more prior to the date of arrival will be refunded in full, minus the 50% deposit, any bank charges, exchange gain/or loss and handling fees. Reservations for the Festive Season that are cancelled 59 days or less prior to the date of arrival will be charged in full.
All cancellations must be advised in writing.
No Show (Failure to arrive at the hotel): In the case of a No Show, the company reserves the right to charge the guest in full.
