  • Reservations are confirmed on a first come first serve basis
  • A 100% deposit of the total cost is required for confirmation of the booking.
  • Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival date will not incur any charge.
  • Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total cost.
  • Modifications and Amendments: Any and all modifications/amendment requests should be advised in writing and is based on the ability of the hotel to accommodate the request(s) and is based on other applicable Terms and Conditions
  • All cancellations must be advised in writing
  • No Show (Failure to arrive at the property): In the case of a No Show, the company reserves the right not to refund the guest.
  • Any dispute in relation to the reservation will be evaluated by the management of KK Collection who will strive to provide an amicable solution based on the circumstance(s) and the Terms and Conditions given herewith and in reference to the Master Terms and Conditions. In case of further dispute the final decision remains with the Management of KK Collection.
